Common questions
- How do I sign in?
- Enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit code. There is no password. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure the address is spelled correctly.
- Can I switch between exerciser and trainer?
- Not on the same account. The role you pick is permanent, so use a different email address for the other role.
- How do I join my trainer's group?
- Sign up as an exerciser and give your trainer the email address you used. They add you to their group, and its sessions appear in your app.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Profile → Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. Your account and its data are removed permanently. See the Privacy Policy for details.
